Our name comes from Inuvik, a town in Canada's Northwest Territories, situated 200 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle. With winter temperatures averaging -33ºC and the sun staying below the horizon for 30 days each year, Inuvik truly lives up to its name, which means "place of man." Thriving in such an extreme environment takes a resilient community and a spirit of collaboration.
